For me, my goal in life is to have a healthy mentality and a happy and positive outlook on life. I know that I struggle with this on a day to day basis and I’m sure many others of you do, when you just seem to have a really bad day and this effects your whole mood and whole mind set and you just want to crawl into a ball. While everyone has their ups and downs I have chosen a few ideas that help me live more positively and hopefully will help some of you.
Surround yourself with positive people and positive thinking.
There is nothing worse than toxic, negative people that absorb your positive cloud and make you feel worthless so try not to be around them if this is the case. Toxic and fake friendships are the worst kind and having experienced this myself I know the headache and drama that comes with it and who has time for that? In terms of positive thinking this will come when surrounded with positive people in my opinion. Try replacing your negative thoughts into positive and always have a good mind set going into anything as this will contribute to your actions. This also comes with when you hold a grudge against someone, there is no point wasting energy on silly things because life is too short for negativity am I right?
Have a digital detox once in a while
It doesn’t have to be for days, weeks or months, but try not looking at your phone for the first hour from when you wake up; for me my mind is clearer and I feel happier in myself, plus looking on social media 24/7 never makes me feel happier in terms of all the altered and filtered fixations that people post, so I tend to enjoy time away from that.
It’s challenging to be happy when you are unwell from not eating right, for me I feel both mentally and physically happier when I eat right but it’s not for everyone I know.
Just think when was the last time you worked out? I’m not saying you have to run to the gym and get a pricey membership because the gym isn’t for everyone but even doing a little daily exercise at home or go on a long walk or a bike ride. With being a stress head myself exercise really helps me reduce my stress levels and feel happier in myself.
Do what you love
When you do things that you love whether its sleeping haha, sports or travelling you will find yourself becoming happier because of this. Don’t let people tell you what to do and always be yourself, like for me I’m now happier that I have created this blog for you to read, sounds stupid I know but it’s the little things that matter the most.

Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but
I can figure things out pretty fast. I’m thinking avout creating my own bbut
I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions?
I had help when setting up my blog – i have mine on wordpress and it was fairly easy (look at some tutorials – that should help)
