Now to me good health should be one of the only things that matters, I mean don’t you always think when you’re ill ‘I hate being ill, I wish I felt well again’ I know I do so we shouldn’t take our health for granted in terms of helping our body.
Eating right, exercising and having a full functioning body that we mustn’t take for granted! Let’s face it you’re even lucky to be able to walk, see and speak because many people can’t and god forbid if that happens you would be wishing you were grateful for being able to walk to the shops or speak to your friends.
Imagine not having somewhere to call your home? Not having your own bed not having a safe place to stay I know it’s getting kind of deep but its true if you go to sleep in a warm bed and you feel safe be grateful for it, it’s the simple things in life we take for granted after all.
Sounds strange but what I mean is today is the youngest you will ever be again, that’s a scary thought right? So live your life to the fullest every day because when you get older you might not be able to do the things you would want to do when your younger so don’t waste a day is what I’m saying.
I know I take this for granted every day, and if you’re thinking ‘How is it 2019 in just over a month!’ then you probably take time for granted too. Value every minute with people you care about including yourself because time flies by in life and we need to make the most of it!
Whether it’s some advice from a friend, a complement, a hug, your mum making you a cup of tea, having someone to tell your troubles to or having people to celebrate occasions with, you should be grateful if you say you have someone you can depend on because a lot of people are alone in this world and that’s a sad alternative.
On a happy note I’m grateful for all my readers (if I have any) haha
I hope you all have a great weekend!
All love, S x
